I have been receiving multiple copies of emails from some readers, who resend their original because they get a bounceback message. I do receive the email the first time they send it, so I wasn't sure why they were getting an "undeliverable" response.
One thing these readers' emails do have in common, however, is that they were using the address "letters@stereophile.com" instead of the correct address, "STletters@Primediamags.com." We stopped using the former address some years ago, and while the email will still get through to the STletters inbox, it looks as if it is also flagged as "undeliverable."
So, if you want to email the magazine a letter for publication, please send it to STletters@Primediamags.com.
