Thank you very much for your time!

I started the hobby at Christmas with an AT-LP60 and cheap bookcase speakers and subwoofer. I'm completely addicted, but my knowledge hasn't caught up with my enthusiasm. Therefore, I'd love to hear if I'm on the right track.

I'm considering two ELAC UF5s with a Yamaha R-N803 Receiver. Here are the two spec pages:

Speakers: https://www.elac.com/product/uf5/?r=us
Receiver: https://usa.yamaha.com/products/audio_visual/hifi_components/r-n803/specs.html

Based on what I've read, I think the answer is "Yes, this receiver can handle it, but it's not quite ideal. It's ideal to have a more powerful receiver in this situation".

Am I accurate?

Also, I have a relatively cheap Polk Audio 100w Powered Subwoofer. Since the receiver has a "Sub Out" port and the subwoofer is powered, there are no other technical considerations. (Other than perhaps I need a better sub at some point.)

Again, I appreciate any help you can provide!

Eric
