I have recently moved overseas and am looking to cobble together a 5.1 system from the components available, or those begged, borrowed, or stolen (well, ok, not stolen).

The proposed system includes an international version Yamaha Rx-v375 receiver, Jamo C603 bookshelf Fronts, Jamo C10CEN, a Jamo sub260 and Audioengine P4's for surrounds.

As I will be staying in an apartment volume levels particularly on the sub are generally kept relatively low. I am not so concerned with optimal sound for this system I just want to make sure I am understanding impedance and other factors and will encounter no conflict which will damage components.

Any advice would be very welcome.
