Chris Keller rebuilt Dynaco ST 70

Lately I've been looking into picking up a Dynaco ST 70 but havent decided between an original or shelling out the extra cash for a rebuilt one. I recently came upon a Dynaco ST 70 rebuilt by Chris Keller for $800. Has anyone heard of this guy? How's his work on ST 70s? Sorry kind of a noob...
