Hey folks. I'm using a TPA3118 Class D, mono, 60w amp. My application requires that I use a single 5-1/2" speaker, with the left and right channels summed prior to amplification. The amp is powered by batteries... generally around 10-13 volts depending on the charge level. The 5-1/2" coax speakers I find are generally meant for automobile applications, and are almost always 4 ohm. Given that setup, does that mean i need to get a speaker with an RMS rating of at least 60w?
Here is the actual amp module that i use:

Thanks for any advice you can offer!
