Change amp or speakers?
I have a nad c316bee v2 and a pair of mission LX-2, i want a bit more punchy sound but also a slightly more lively sound without it sounding bright or fatigue.
Amp i have have thought about is the rega brio 2107 or mabye PS Audio sprout or sprout 100, but i want,need 2 analog inputs since i have a turntable, cdplayer and use my pc alot (tidal).
Speakers i don't know, the KEF LS50 are to expensive and something like the Elac debut B5/b6 i think isn't really a step up.
My amp has a bit softness,darkness (not bright/open) to the midrange, that makes it comfortable to listen to in the midrange but lacks a bit openness that my old nad 3020i has, but it lacks a bit power and playing close to max power (25-30watt rms in 8ohm ) it has some tendency to be to forward, not only in level of the top, but also in sound quality
More punchy sound, more openness in the midrange and i don't want,like a bright,fatigue sound with almost no bass.
What would you recommend?
