I've always been a big fan of music but have never had a good sound system set up. I'm looking to put together my first home audio system, and I need some help getting started. I'd like to run 4 wall mounted wireless speakers, a wireless sub, and a solid receiver, no soundbar. To be honest, I'm having trouble tracking down the speakers and a compatible receiver. I'd like to keep the entire budget under $1,000 but there is some wiggle room there. I'm not sold on any particular manufacturer as long as the system delivers high quality sound. I am also happy to simply piece it together from different manufacturers. At this point any help is appreciated.
