Bought this restored Dual 701 from fixmydual.com. Came with a new base made out of solid walnut, a brand new dust cover that Bill makes. This thing looks practically brand new. Beautifully restored. I have my Shure V15 type 3 mounted. It sounds great! I have tracking at 1gram according to my Shure pressure gauge, and it passes every test on the Shure test record! The table is dead quite, and I have to tell ya sounds better than my Music Hall MMF 5. The bass is more dynamic with a more solid punch.
