Had a similar discussion with a fellow carpenter the other day, someone of a somewhat "centrist" bent. He pointed out that if you get caught driving drunk with your kids in the car they don't let you hang out with them in the jail, rather CPS takes them from you. Violation of laws has for thousands of years resulted in the loss of certain privileges. I'm sorry Mexico et al. is f----d up to the point where you're willing to risk life and limb to journey here but that action (with the expectation of admission) does a great injustice to the people going through the process of coming here legally.

Well reported gentlemen. These actions will send a strong message to the illegals. The whole scene does a great injustice on several fronts and further stresses us legal tax payers, to state the very least.

I don’t know much living in the uk, but isn’t the issue that some of the people are fleeing war torn countries and risk injury if they don’t leave. So they are caught between a rock and a hard place in giving up kids to safety. Or if illegals from over the boarder that have no such risks, one can take such a right wing view.
