Im thinking of buying a Transport with a maximum budget of $5000. This would finish up my system. I have Energy veritas 2.3i's,Sim Audio I-3,intergrated amp,Panamax 5100 conditioner,Kimber kable speaker wire and interconects.
Im using a Yamaha Dvd-S657 and the sound is terrible. I read a review web page after I bought It. Duh. They say the Jitter rate is 7726 ps? Is this why my music Is sucking so badly? I didnt review the yamaha player before I bought It which was a hugh mistake.
If you had $5000 to spend on a player that would deliver clear,detailed sound what player would be on your short list?
