The Diamond 10.2 has a larger diameter main speaker, and so has a bit more bass extension. I would go with the 10.2 unless you are going to add a subwoofer.
The Music Hall 15.3 amplifier is excellent for the money ($549), and that would be my recommendation.
The Cambridge Audio 351A amplifier is another good one, and Amazon has a really good deal on it right now; $399. You could save $200 there if you get it while it is available at that price.
Do yourself a favour, listen to the Wharfedale Denton 80th Anniversary Speakers, they are on sale at musicdirect for $499, they are amazing for the price and they eat the 10.1 and 10.2 for lunch! I own a pair after auditioning the 10.1's and the 10.2's they are just that much better.
