I want to build a system revolving around my vinyl collection and so that I can finally enjoy the records i've begun to accumulate over the past year and a half.
What I have: A Rega P1 and 2 crates full of records.

What I need: a phono preamp to match the MM cartridge, power amp, preamp, integrated? (?)--many options--and of course, some loudspeakers.

I'm really interested in the Bellari VP129 tube phono preamp with output volume control. Since this has a volume control, does that mean I can plug it straight into a power amp? If so, I think this will be my preferred setup--a phono preamp with volume control + power amp. I think this will leave room for me to upgrade in the future if I want to go the preamp-->power amp approach. Any other suggestions for phono preamps similar to this one? Experiences with the VP129? Any oppositions to setting up a system in this way if its possible?

Second, power amp. Budget for this component: $150-$300. I dont even know where to start when looking for a power amp. Recommendations on components which fall into this budget? What specifications should I look at when matching my power amp to my speakers? My PA to my turntable?

Finally, loudspeakers. I've listened to the Epos ELS-3s and thought they sounded great. I've also listened to the Focal Chorus 705V and I really loved those as well. Any other ideas? Price range for the speakers:$350-$500. Again, what specs should I consider important and what should I look for?

I won't be listening to music too loud, so too much wattage won't be necessary.

Thanks.
