Hello, I hope someone on this forum doesn't mind answering some very basic questions ...
There are some basic concepts I'd like to understand .. for example, digital-to-analog conversion and what exactly that means. Most of my audio components are very old. I just replaced a first generation Blu Ray player with a Oppo BDP 93. I bought it for the primary purpose of watching DVDs but the first time I popped in a CD I was blown away by how much better it sounded than my very old Technics CD player. It made me understand how much better my system could sound if I began replacing components .... right now most of my music is stored on my IPod. Is my Onkyo TX SR 603X the right receiver to listen to my music on? Am I even asking the right questions?
