I ask because previously I had some good experiences with them (I say them but I think it's just one guy). They have some bigger gear, but mostly I have bought setup and tracking force gauges, replacement belts and the like. Turntable accessories mostly. They have a huge replacement belt selection though! A few years ago I got a duplicate belt for my well Tempered TT for a third of what the manufacturer was selling, and to my ears it was identical. If anything it was more durable too.

But then a few months ago I ordered the same belt, and after what seemed 30 days or so, a belt came but was completely the wrong model. Ever since I haven't heard a peep from them, despite a bunch of friendly emails just stating I wanted a return it for the right belt. It's like the guy died or went on a permanent vacation. No phone number so there isn't much to do, but at this point I've kind of written him off. Not big money spent, but annoying and now I guess I'll have to go lay down the big clams for a new "official" belt.

Very weird so I thought I'd just ask if anyone else has used this site?
