I was wondering if anyone else was having issues contacting Mytek Digital?
I ordered a Brooklyn DAC+ on the 6th. I received an email confirming the order. Every time I checked the website, my order was in a "Processing" state. I sent them an email yesterday, and received no response, so I decided to call them. I call the number on the order - which is the same as the number on their website. The call rings a few times and then transfers to a second number (you can hear the transfer, and the tone of the ring changes). The message on that number says to call the original number or leave a message - however the mailbox is full.
Seems odd that a company like this would be completely unresponsive and unattainable.
