Anyone having issues contacting Mytek Digital?

the story gets a little more odd/concerning - I checked my credit card and Mytek has charged the card - something they are not supposed to do until shipping. Checked the order status this morning and it is still in a "Processing" state.
I was able to get someone on the phone on Friday, and they told me the order would ship on Tuesday - however all he asked me was what I ordered before telling me it would ship. I was told to expect it in Wednesday - so fingers crossed. I mentioned my difficulties in getting someone on the phone, and the lack of information on the website. He did apologize, and told me that they were short handed.
I have to say I am pretty disappointed with Mytek Digital customer service. I was promised a ship date of Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery. I received a notice from UPS yesterday that my order was shipped and scheduled for delivery today (Wednesday) - so all good right? This morning I woke up to an email from UPS saying they cannot deliver on Wednesday and do not have a new delivery date. A quick to trip to the Mytek website and I find out my order status is shipped, but a click of the tacking number reveals a very different story. According to UPS my order status is "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."
So a label was made, but the item has not left Mytek. I will give them one more day before I call my credit card company.
The DAC gets great reviews, but customer service IMO does not.
