Hello,
I recently bought the Aerosmith CD/DVD DualDisc Rockin' The Joint (which I have really enjoyed btw).
On the package it says something to the effect that the CD side does not conform to regular CD standards and may not be playable on all players. It also says that the DVD side contains all tracks in enhanced PCM stereo.
Two questions:
1) Does anyone know why the CD side stymies some players, and what if any alternative format is being used? (When I play the CD side on my player it says the coding is PCM)
2) What is meant by enhanced PCM on the DVD side? (Does this mean larger bit/higher frequency than regular CD?)
Thanks & regards,
Strongarm
