The Blusound and Rega seem like good choices.
Music Hall turntables are also very good and reasonably priced.
I would recommend that you look at Monitor Audio or Focal speakers rather than B & W, which I consider very overpriced and not all that good. The Focal Chorus 716 would be a good choice, or the Monitor Audio Silver 6 @90 db/watt. The Marantz CD 6006 is a very good-sounding CD player at a low price; great value at $500. If you really want SACD, the Marantz SA-8005 is a good one, but three times as much money. Unless you already have an SACD collection, you might want to stick to regular CDs.
To stay within that budget, you will have to dial back on the amplifier power. You should not need that kind of power in any case, unless you make the mistake of getting some low-sensitivity speakers (don't do that). I would recommend the Marantz 8006 integrated amp, which is $1200 in the USA. To get 150 watts per channel you will have to spend almost that whole budget on the amp.
You might look at the Outlaw receiver. Definitely big on power, inputs and features.
