This forum is not really an appropriate place to ask questions about DIY advice. But I can't really offer any advice about matching your microphone preamp to the LM324 in the color organ without knowing how much gain you are intending to include in the preamp. All I can say is try and see, and if the level is too low, increase the gain by reducing the degree of negative feedback in the preamp.
