After putting up with some computer speakers that were absolute crap for years, I finally broke down and bought a pair of Audioengine 2 speakers a few years ago. They are fairly good speakers.
I just bought a pair of the PSB Alpha PS1 speakers for my computer desk and they are outstanding! Highly recommended.
