I have an APC unit in my system, but this unit will give you the 'meat & potatoes' you are looking for.

Try your system with the power amps fed directly from the wall & the conditioner.
Yours are digital, so there may not be a noticeable difference.
My SS class AB unit has more 'get-up', speed & transient response when fed directly from the wall.

I recommend what I have; an APC Back-up UPS unit. It has six sockets for power backup and protective filtering, and four more for protection without power backup.

It not only has superb filtering but highly effective protection against power lines surges and outages.

Most equipment failures, IMO, are a result of power line surges that occur during power company maintenance or nearby lightning strikes.

It is not good for any equipment to lose power and then get hit with a large surge when the power comes back on, and it is especially bad for your OPPO to suddenly lose power when playing a disc.

A 1500 VA APC backup UPS will give you 10 minutes or more of power when the line goes down, and protect your gear against nasty surges.

I have had zero equipment failures in the last 20 years, and most of my friends have had two or 3 or more.

I think my APC unit is the reason.

Spend $200 on one and you will have superb protection and line filtering.

Most so-called protection devices are a joke; very ineffective.

You can buy direct from APC on their website.
