All key US Naim employees will become ASL employees and Chris Koster and Chris West continue to handle sales and general support issues. Dave Dever and Pat Flanagan will still administer technical support and service and will relocate to ASL group headquarters in Indianapolis. Logisticsincluding billing, shipping, service, and all other administrative matterswill move to Indianapolis be and absorbed by the ASL Group in 2009.
