I don't know if there is any "Best", but there sure is a lot of good ones in that price range. Any decision you make depends on what you need from it. What is more important to you; High output or maximum low end extension? What type of music do you listen to the most? How big is the room you'll be putting it in? Does it's apperance matter? (in other words, are you married?)What speakers are you going to use with it? These questions are just for starters.
