I have equipment in for repair with the Stanalog company. They sell and service well tempered turtables. The owner George Stanwick has not gotten back to me about the status of my repair in over 3 months. I sent him a large deposit too. So he has my tonearm and my money and I CAN NOT REACH HIM THROUGH PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. I am totally frustrated and I want to know if anyone else is having problems with him and do they have any suggestions for me.

I finally heard from him after I asked Michael Fremer to contact him! He got back to me quickly and my toearm is on the way home
