Yes.

Chesky, for example made a few discs with a 24/96 PCM track and some video. I have a couple (Sarah K and Chuck Mangione).

Classic Records also made some, in addition to their HDAD line, which is 24/96 on one side (playable on most DVD players) and 24/192 on the other side (requiriong a DVD-A machine for playback). I have one of those as well; Alan Parsons "I Robot".
