Some of the best FM tuners made are vintage. http://www.fmtunerinfo.com/
I have an Akai AT-2600, that with some mods and a rotor roof antenna gets FM stations for a 100+ mile radius including stations from the Twin Cities 75-90 miles away. No, satellite or HD, but plenty of good stations, locally and DX.

Magnum Dynalabs tuners have been the benchmark for serious sound and build quality for quite some time. I got a used on that sounds fantastic and does a very good job pulling in distant stations and cancelling noise. Obviously a good antenna is essential too, but give Magnum a listen if you can. Might find some pieces on Audiogon if you're lucky- they go fast usually.
I have a Fanfare FT-1A. Great sound and performance.

Compatibility with a satellite radio and HD radio really limits your options. I am not aware of a good sounding tuner that includes these features, although such a beast may exist.
The Sangean HD tuner is a decent choice for HD reception. You will very likely do better with a superior antenna and a lower sensivity tuner spec than the other way around. High sensitivity tuners sacrifice selectivity and noise to gain a good on paper sensitivity spec. A local station with a strong signal is more likely to overload a high sensitivity tuner's front end that an average tuner with a very good antenna. Use an FM amplifier with adjustable gain if need be. Otherwise, without resorting to McIntosh and Marantz classics, the best mid priced choice for a high sensitivity tuner would be a vintage unit from Japan. Sansui, Yamaha and Kenwood made excellent tuners with sufficient controls to fit most needs. Stick with analog tuners from the mid 1970's. Magnum tuners are very good but not cheap. You can pick up a top of the line vintage Japanese tuner for under $150.
I know of no one producing a tuner that is high sensitivity, satellite ready and HD ready. Doesn't mean they are not out there. Give C. Crane a call. They are one of the best radio experts out there today.
