hi there was wondering if anyone out there could help me on my nad 319 it powers on but the light doesnt change and the protect light stays on and before hand when it did go the protect light i had no sound going into the speakers.

You might pop the case off of the amp and see if the protection fuses have failed. If so, the amp may have a problem that caused the failure or it was simply over-driven and blew a fuse. In any event, I'd take a peek inside to see if there is an obvious and simple problem... if it's out of warranty
