Go to head-fi.org and ask there. You can learn more about headphones, earphones (InEarMonitors), headphone amps(portables and desktop) on that site than anywhere else.

There are likely much better IEMs than Monster at the same price. Yuin comes to mind but there are many others.

Monster has a fairly bad rep among audiophiles, Monster is usually to busy suing everyone to spend much time making good products :-)
