Linn Lack

Have a Linn Kairn pre-amp - using it in a triamp system w/ electronic X-over, Bozak Concert Grands - problem is the Linn does not have a switched power jack, so I have to turn on/off several components to start (or stop) the system - any suggestions for a solution?

Re: Linn Lack

When I saw the thread title also listed in Tweaks & Tips, I though this might be about using an Ikea Lack table as a Linn turntable support, but, couldn't figure out how amplification was going to factor in.

Anyway, a product like the PS Audio Power Director might be able to help you. You can set different "zones" (essentially groups of outlets) to power on in a particular sequence:

There may be other, less expensive products that will achieve the sequential thing, but, with this, the plus is the power conditioning (I have one and it works very well).
