When I saw the thread title also listed in Tweaks & Tips, I though this might be about using an Ikea Lack table as a Linn turntable support, but, couldn't figure out how amplification was going to factor in.
Anyway, a product like the PS Audio Power Director might be able to help you. You can set different "zones" (essentially groups of outlets) to power on in a particular sequence:

There may be other, less expensive products that will achieve the sequential thing, but, with this, the plus is the power conditioning (I have one and it works very well).
