Help with Linn LK-100 and Kan II speakers

Hello all.

I recently picked up a pair of used Kan II speakers and a used LK-100 amp.
Unfortunately, when I purchased the amp, I did not know that it had active boards for the Keleidth speakers installed in the amp.
Does anyone know how to get the LK-100 to work with the speakers?

Hi,
Active boards are usually dealer installed. If you don't have a Linn dealer in your area who can remove the boards and restore the LK100 to passive mode, then a competent electronics/hi-fi service centre should be able to do it for you. However, find out first if the active LK100 can be used with the Kan II's (email Linn); you may already have a better sounding system!
