I should mention that either would be free. Which would you choose for free?
If the Cambridge Soundworks Model Six is anything like the KLH Model Six which it is named after it likely sounds better than the Cerwin Vega. If you like loud rock, hip hop or electronica perhaps the Cerwin Vega DX-1 would be preferable, yet if you like indie rock, classical, acoustic, or jazz I would think the Model Six would shine.
Thanks for the response, and that was sort of my assumption: that for rap or arena rock, or some bass heavy music, the CV's, but for most everything else, the Model Six would be the better choice.
I'll probably go with the Model Six, which as far as I know was built to match the KLH Model Six in performance.
