What a sweetheart.

I guess ditching Jim and running off to Tahiti with me is out of the question huh?

Happy Anniversary.

Dup, you are a little man.

There are a lot of us who wish they had the kind of relationship you have with Jim. Some are so jealous they can't say anything nice. I'm very happy for you and Jim. I am a little jealous but still happy for the two of you.

Thirty Six years? Poor Jim would have gotten less for murder. Kidding of course, congratulations to both of you. In case you haven't noticed we all think that DUP is an @$$h0!E. Anybody need a translation on that one? I

Jeff, I was just wondering, is DUP as rude and ill mannered in person? Or, is what we get just a manufactured persona? I hope to "God" it is just a persona.

Joe - DUP was a kind host. Elements of his persona were evident, but, in a more human and diluted manner (there was a sense of humour that came across better in person.) Having met him and experienced him as a real human being has made me cut him some slack in the forum. But, to rain on Diane and Jim's parade in this manner exposes a lack of decorum, and compassion. I don't think he should be censored, but, it would've been nice if he just refrained from saying anything out of politeness.

All you people going off in so many tangents. I gotta say that while the long marriage thing is cool, my first thought was that Jim was lucky to have been married to such a hot looking babe for so long. If anyone finds that offensive, tough.

Amen to that. Jim is very fortunate, but then Diane would pick a winner.

All the best 36th.

1st post, somehat longtime lurker, I am completely amazed at the response from DUP, and his subsequent posts,i am amazed moderators tolerate him, and that he is a part of any forum community, he wouldnt last long in my world or the forums i am an integral part of.

don't know Jim or diane, but what a wonderful post, from most obviously two very lucky people who have found the true meaning of life

warm regards to you both,

Kurt Holz

Thanks everyone for your kind words and also for the 'clean up job' done by TPTB!

I wish everyone were as blessed as we.

Jim is singing a solo in church tomorrow at 8:30 and 11:00. If you're in the area, come and listen. You won't be disappointed!

Lamont! You asked about my haircut. It's a home done job. I just call it cutting my hair. Sometimes it's a wedge and during our hot summers in the south, it's a bit shorter. We use the "Flowbee" for our whole family, and have for 20 years, but Jim said to make sure I tell y'all that I don't weave my own wool, make my own soap or slaughter chickens in our backyard. I'm a submissive wife but he treats me like a Princess, the daughter of THE King!
