I mean't to ask what changed between the B&W N802 which I believe was originally rated a class A restricted LF speaker vs. the B&W 802D which is currently rated in the class A with no such restriction. I know the integration between the HF and mid has improved, but I don't remember reading why the LF would have greatly improved given the LF speaker modules haven't changed.

The 802Ds have the new Rohacell woofers, for one thing.
