I'm fed up with poor quality radio transmission and th erestricted choice you have on FM in some regions in Europe. Let's go for the big thing!

When a new car come equiped with it it will be there. Radio is almost as bad as TV for being a waste of time. I don't have a TV never have and only listen to radio in the car or when cooking for what passes as news.

cost and types of channels available are the deciding factors

As I undertand it, we pay a monthly charge for it and they *still* have advertising. I'll program my own music with my CD collection, thank-you.

Don't we all already have too many CDs & LPs to wade thru before even considering listening to someone else's "playlist?"

having already had the satellite at my house sending 40 some channels of digital music, 90% of which is obscure, and obscure with reason. i have no problem being exposed to new music, in fact it is my primary concern as a listener however, these channels tend to be innundated with the slop most of us would have like to have never heard. Is this likely to continue this tradition? i think its very possible

I didn't buy the radio that's in my car right now; why would I buy another one.

Being addicted to all the radio-over-cable such as DMX, I would LOVE to have something for the car. The addition of talk stations would be a big big bonus also. I am concerned somewhat with the use of repeaters and exactly how well the coverage will be up here in Central Wisconsin
