Hello,

I am planning to buy Marantz Integrated amplifier from eBay UK. description says 230v input power, will it work in USA as we have 110V here?

Thank you,
Sri

All you need is a transfomer to step down the voltage.

It needs to be power rated well above the power consumption of the amplifier; which one are you buying?

Check the Hubbell Acme Electric ones at Amazon; $50 to $100.

Why not buy a USA model from a USA dealer?

I think he needs to step up the voltage from the 118vac he has here in the US to the 230vac that the British version requires.

Yes, of course.

A transformer that has 115v/230V windings can be connected to step up or step down the voltage.
