In my experience Yamaha amps do not sound very good and have very little reserve power to handle peaks without distorting.
Their power ratings are totally phony; deceptive.
There area LOT of better-sounding amps to be had at competitive prices.
I suggest that you look at the Cambridge Audio CXA80, for example, or one of the Marantz Integrated amps.
The CXA80 has one balanced analog input, 3 unbalanced analog inputs, and two digital inputs.
