Why not look at it this way. Through your subscription you found this forum and had the pleasure of venting your spleen. Post your mailing address, and I'll send you my copy of the September issue. It's a little dog eared, but quite readable and no doubt contains lots of stuff for you to complain about.

I was only kidding with the union guess

Thanks for the offer of your copy but within 24 hours, John Atkinson acknowledged my complaint followed by Stephen Mejias, both offering to send a replacement copy straight away.

John even followed up with another email when he was still in London. Now that's what I called excellent customer service!

A brand new copy arrived on Friday 29th.
Faith is restored.
