Sam Cooke's Portrait of A Legend 1951-1964 on SACD. Beautiful remastering in DSD, especially on tracks recorded 1961 and forward.

As the question specifies only one, it has to be The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band: Will the Circle Be Unbroken II. This disc leads off with Johnny Cash vocal and runs the vocal gamut from there.
