Accurate reproduction of the inputs, without noise, variance or emphasis is most important. Most speakers now deafen on upper bass, hiss in the treble and miss all accuracy in the talking human voice in my ear.

Nowadays I look for about the the best speaker fidelity, quality and price points, then design my sound and visual system around that.
