My first prize possession is an LP called "Rome Adventure Soundtrack," not found on CD and in mint condition. It contains the famous song "Al Di La" by Emilio Perocoli. My other prize possession is "Romeo and Juliet" (Franco Zeffirelli's version), remastered using Sonic Solutions & 56 minutes), a rare import from the UK. Both brought back happy memories of the early '60s, indeed "A Time For Us"!

I have so many faves that I play over and over again, year after year, that I cannot list any one.

I have a copy of the Casino Royale soundtrack that was purchased for a mere $50 from a guy who turned out to be a prison inmate!

I'll never tire of "American Beauty" by the Grateful Dead, or "Let it Bleed" by the Stones.

Meet the Beatles, which I got with a box record player from my father for my fifth birthday.

David Bowie - The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, a true classic on RCA Dyna-flex. No soundstage, gritty background and lots of channel distortion. In other words a perfect rock and roll record.

An original, battered copy of "Meet the Bealtes" (U.S version) in mono.

It's very difficult to point at only one CD or LP as being the most significant of my collection. I like at least 100 of them (old and new) and I would not want to have to choose.I feel something like that is like trying to choose amongst your children.
