MCCOY TYNER: Jazz Roots (saw him and his trio give a wonderful performance in Cambridge, MA recently); STAN GETZ/JOAO GILBERTO: Getz/Gilberto (such a wonderful sounding recording: The combination of the Gilbertos, Jobim, and Getz creates such a relaxing and intriguing environment); DON BYRON: Bug Music (I love this thing -- I've had it for over a year and cannot get enough).

The new album, "Relationship of Command," by the rock band, AT THE DRIVE-IN, is completely amazing. Along with a band called the multi-purpose solution, they are the only new rock band I like. Then there's MERLE HAGGARD's "If I Could Only Fly," and NEIL YOUNG's "After The Goldrush" -- both wonderful albums.

Once Upon a Time in America soundtrack on vinyl; GEORGE JONES: Cold Hard Truth (CD); GREG BROWN: The Poet Game (LP). Always thought George was too country, so I never gave him a listen until this CD. Wow, what a voice.

I'm always switching out, but here are three that I repeatedly put back in... 1.Sting-Brand New Day 2.Speakeasy-Frumunda 3.Miles Davis-Miles Smiles The second is a local band from my college town. The quality is poor, but it is still good music!

If, in fact, there was to be a rotation of the disks, then all disks must be heard in acordence with the statutes laid out in the Listening Guidelines portion of the Greater Rules of Musical Enjoyment. Oversight of these statutes is the sole responsibility of the of the commissioner of the sweet spot, in acordence with the Greater Rules of Listening Enjoyment section, 120v article 60, subsection hz. No other governing body has the authority to reverse the decision. Any disc deemed "unfit" or "unworthy" by the magistrate shall be expelled from the court, to return only with the express permission of the magistrate for retrial.
