Since online info appears to incomplete and spotty ... perhaps contacting the man himself is the way to go. How does one get ahold of Mr. Faulkner (email addy)?
Also, I wouldn't mind sampling before/after versions of LoA files as Howard seems to have done in his 2004 experiment.
Found TF's LinkedIn page:
http://uk.linkedin.com/pub/tony-faulkner/5/8b9/a1b
And from there his "My Company":
http://www.greenroomproductions.biz/
From there there is a fairly comprehensive list of "Our Recordings Over the Years":
http://www.greenroomproductions.biz/Our%20Recordings%20Page.htm
But no indication on which are specifically by TF and what "High Density Digital Recordings" actually denotes (i.e. specific bit rate and sampling freq.)
Hopefully, some answers to this query can be posted soon...
if you still need to get hold of Mr. Faulkner, shoot me a PM. I communicate with him regularly.
