Hi Thomas
Did you contact the guy i give you the adress ?It's your only hope. You can find drivers for any tdl loudspeaker except rstl. They use drivers made especially for them and they are out of stock since the late 90's.Wilmslow audio was the company appointed for service after tdl closed down but it is a waste of time to call them. They're out of stock.
I know,i called them back in early 2000 and because like you ,i love those speakers and hope they might get some drivers God knows from where,i called again 2 years ago.Their answer was the same.No stock.
I've tried the adress You gave me. But NO.
Nothing is availeble.
Thomas
Thomas,i know nothing is available.I gave you that adress (DK Loudspeakers Services) to contact them to fix (re-cone) your speakers, not to purchase new drivers ! There aren't any available anymore.Call the guy (Dave Smith) and tell him you have a pair of TDL RSTL that is broken and then ask him if he can repair them.He will tell you what to do.If he can't,nobody else can and there is absolute no way you can find replacement parts ! And even if,i repeat,IF,you can find someone who owns some parts,we are talking over 20 years old drivers.I bet they will dissintegrated even before you try to mount them on your loudspeakers. If you want me to give you the adress again, let me know.
