Is there out there a program able to count the PC processor DSP Taps?

A second question - how to calculate the Needed Taps for 16/44,1 to 24/88.2 and 24/92 espetively upsampling /no other DSP filters/?

Third question - why JRiver envolves so many processor and GPU power for that?

- billions of more Taps?
- not optimized algorithms?
- ....?
