I've first noticed the problem in April, with missing issues until now. Customer service has sent me a few of the missing issues, but the new ones still are not coming as they should, on-time.

I complained that I had not received an issue since March, had to prod Customer Service to even get a response. They directed me to another site that did not work.

Just terrible customer service.

Cancelled my subscriptions.

I get Stereophile via U.S. Post Office mail. For a while, Customer Service were sending missing issues. Then the directed me to another website which didn't have an option to directly address subscriptions. I did receive March, April and May issues after complaining. Then June was missing, and now July and August. Asked again. No results yet.

Similar problem with Sound & Vision. Don't know if Editor can do anything about this.

I have been a subscriber for a couple of decades. Haven't received an issue for several months. I don't find a way to contact customer service (assuming this entity exists). I don't want to see a digital version.

I've now received the August issue. But June and July has not appeared.

Same problem here. Started early this year and is continuing. Customer service responds but does not fix the problem. How can we escalate this problem?
