Yupper, seen that in another publication. Business as usual over there. A bunch of Japanese camera makers, also had to pay up KODAK for digital camera patents, yup, KODAK actually had the first digital camers years ago. Poor marketing etc. But bout' time they got their's. I think SNE was one of the MANY sued for digtial camera stuff used without paying. Why inovate if you can just take?
