Records to Die For - Jeff Buckley

I plan to buy "Grace" on JA's recommendation. He refers only to the original 1994 version. Should I spring the money for the remastered version? (The original 1994 version is cheap.) Not all remastered recordings sound better, just different. How does this one rate?

I only have the remastered version, but, there are a couple of guys over at the Steve Hoffman forums who have both and marginally prefer the newer one.
