Preamp search

I am looking for some input on First Sound preamps. The reviews look good but not all is to be believed. Also, any suggestions to match up with Wavac 833 V1.3 amps.

I don't want to sound rude, but if you can afford Wavac 833's you can buy any preamp in existence. In which case I recommend the Blowtorch. That's not a joke or an attempt to be funny.
