Register to win one of eight pairs of Phiaton PS 500 Primal Series Headphones (MSRP $299) Stereophile is giving away.

According to Phiaton, The PS 500 Primal Series headphones offer listeners "a soaring level of concert-hall sound quality, unmatched performance, and a high level of comfort. Phiaton Primal Series headphones are designed for those who appreciate the classic yet somewhat exotic look and feel of supple leather and leather-grade trim."

My system is complete, but I could use the headphones.
I have Grado 125 that I use with my PC.

I auditioned about five in this price range. I bought these, these are the ones that I found myself dancing to the music.

Has anyone ever noticed that in "The Camera Eye" on Rush-Moving Pictures, if you put on headphones and turn the volume up pretty high, that you can hear someone burp?? No lie. Go try it. I heard it for the first time when I was 13 in 1981 listening on headphones. And then, after that, someone says, "Who let [out?] that one?" You can hear it on floorstanders or any other speakers, but it seems clearer on headphones.
