Opinion Sought on Cyrus CDi-XR compatibility

I am considering purchasing the Cyrus CDi-XR but unsure if my current amplifier (Adcom GFA-6002) and preamp (Adcom GFP-815)are well suited or will I need to upgrade my amp/preamp.
