Yeah, that stuff is pretty cool. Made a big impression on me at one time, though, like so many mind expanding accounts (The Celestine Prophesy, Emissary of Light and many others), it turned out to be almost completely fictionalized. Does that take away from the ideas? I don't know. Maybe it does in that by putting it forth as actual experience it lends a certain weight that would be harder to achieve in a straight forward dry discussion. On the other hand, stories can be powerful teachers, maybe the most powerful- we are hard wired for mythology it seems.

I have to say- you more than any other poster here continually surprise me. You may have one of the most eclectic social/political/aesthetic perspectives I've ever seen (other than myself maybe, as I am all over the place too). It's definitely a good place to be, as long as it's not complete relativism, which can be dogmatic in it's own way. If you think you have all the answers from ANY angle, you have stopped learning and it's only a small step before you insist everyone else take on your too.

consider ibogaine, or as it is sometimes known, 'I begin again'. The most telling point about ibogaine is that it originates in the heart of Africa that mankind is said to originate from. How did the perfect natural mental clearing drug for man to reach his absolute heights of mental capacity - originate where the original form of man ...just happened to be located?... hhmmm... Of COURSE the FDA classifies it as an illegal and harmful drug. Can't have people getting their shit together, growing a brain and figuring out that the vast majority of what is in front of them is utter bullshit that is tied to psychotic individuals and psychotic agendas, now, can we?

Very similar ride for the drug you consider here.

The big deal here, is to understand all the nexus points or origin points for the base psychology that you personally have. how that is arranged, how it came to be.

Un-knotting the origins of that WILL raise your IQ by at LEAST 50 points. I'm dead serious. If you do it right, it will raise it by a good 75 points,as it re-connects and re-freshens the MAIN neural nexii or complex nerves that evolve and/or are created during your given particular stress and power moments/situations that occurred in your youth. Going back and clearing them up, via self-hypnosis is one of, if not THE best ways to do that. To a large extent that is the purpose of Buddhism as a teaching and evolutionary methodology. To 'clear the mind, so the ass may follow', so to speak.

Once that is done, then the mind may be made even MORE intelligent and interconnected. The consensus is that the human mental structure can support a IQ of 275. This comes from various sources who venture into these areas. The kind that no-body writes about, with regard to the mainstream, as let's face it, 'average is for normal', and the average press/literature is for people who in comparison to that.. -are as dumb as a bag of hammers.

I welcome any attempt to get the mind to grow - as let's face it- most of us die as mental juveniles. So few of us make it to the real and 'clear' adult stage.

To be clear: the drug is not needed, if you do it the real way. However, true extant multi-dimensionality is difficult for the flesh to behold and deal with on a day-to-day basis in western or 'complex' society (one made up of average people and average but constant pressures to conform), which is why the Buddhists exist in isolation to a large degree. Helps them concentrate and keep their exceedingly heady shit together.

The drug will give you a glimpse. But a glimpse only. However, it will be a good one and it should stay with you to some degree.

Dianetics, the ORIGINAL pressing (1950 edition only), specifically the very first, outlined all of this and the techniques to do so --to utter perfection. This upset the "Powers That Be" to a huge degree, and they did their damnedest to infiltrate and destroy from the inside and ridicule the outside, which is why Dianetics is a joke today and heavily ridiculed. It was infiltrated and torn down from the inside by government/corporate infiltrators and then the whole program was taken over and advanced by both the Russians and the USA black ops groups. When you hear about government and deep black ops CIA type 'Manchurian candidates' and programmed killers, that's where it comes from, a complete breakdown of the psyche using the black side of what Ron Hubbard wrote specifics about in the original book. If they do that with his work, you can imagine ....-- they wanted him dead. Which is why he spent over 20 years moving about on the worlds oceans in various yachts.

Google 'Dane Tops' for the whole breakdown on how it happened.

BTW, I did the same as above on my own, an then I read that Ron Hubbard spoke about it in detail in his books. Interesting thing - is that I came to the same estimate of the IQ level increase as he had estimated (via my personal experiences and estimates). I've never read or had anything to do with Diantetics myself.

Be careful here, I'm talking about the complete re-organization and the complete breakdown of the psyche. We are talking a real insanity here, one that lasts for a year or more (a typical minimum, if you are doing it right). It is not an easy thing to do, to reformat the mind from the ground up. Especially when you have to live in it at the same time. Very messy.

If you want to know everything, then that is the price-...everything. Now...perhaps that will help you understand a bit more of the actual depth of my simple signature quote from Sci-Fi author Farmer. Many Sci-Fi authors were and are enlightened. Like the enlightenment masters of the Renaissance and earlier, where many of them wrote on alchemy (another path to the same source), and they all speak of the same thing. Flesh? spirit? connected? Could be....

You are in there, somewhere. The flesh clouds it with it's reactions and actions tied to your experiences, one and all. It is the stress moments as a child which get knotted up, create the emotional turmoil and hardwire the mind in an out-of-kilter 'blinkered and blinded' fashion. Clearing them (the stress issues from childhood) up brings the real adult capacities out of us and allows us to manifest our best. And your best will be an effective minimum of 50IQ points higher than you now possess with a much expanded awareness and capacity. When you go through the effort of clearing the body and clearing the difficult and damaged points, the mental aspects can then manifest fully, this the greatly enhanced mental capacities that in reality are the norm. For example, the Russians read and understood and took to heart Ron's techniques and advice so well that the program of birthing in water is heavily used in many places in Russia. This is because the stressing of birth is eliminated to a very high degree. Due to this, many of those children are born with an IQ 75 points beyond the norm. I'm fucking dead serious. Remember, once you have those expanded bits in place and opened, and get those 50 points, you can use THAT--to increase your intelligence and knowledge-even more.

Teach your children well. Teach them to think. Teach them how to remember things. This will greatly enhance their intelligence and their capacities, all on it's own.

The drug, as I said, will give you a glimpse into the depth of it. Some of us can and have lived that on a day to day basis- no drugs required. However, the stress is immense. Once you try the drug, you will understand what I mean.

i sure get a lot of strange looks here around the farm, at times.

the fictionalized thing..were you talking about ayahuasca, or one of the books? man, if youve tried it, I envy you. it looks great fun. (and horror)

interesting. I've done a lot of research into scientology, mostly as a novelty/source of entertainment, but some of the things they talk about , the "clears", preclears, emeters, engrams, etc.. fascinating.

this Ayahuasca stuff is fascinating. please read the cosmic serpent if you get a chance(and you, Doug).

I bought "the field" mctaggart.. from a salvation army BTW...
